1. Nature of Vending Machine Purchases
Products purchased from our vending machines are dispensed immediately after successful payment. Due to the nature of vending machine transactions, products cannot be returned once dispensed.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Payment was successfully completed but the product was not dispensed
- The vending machine experienced a technical malfunction during the transaction
- The customer was charged but no product was delivered
3. Refund Request
Customers experiencing a transaction issue should contact our customer support team and provide the following information where possible:
- Date and time of the transaction
- Vending machine location
- Payment method used
- Description of the issue
Vending machine locations can be found through the AGORA Mobile Application.
4. Refund Processing
Once the issue has been verified, refunds will be processed through the original payment method where applicable. Refund processing may take up to 30 business days depending on the payment provider.
